At SpecializedRx, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags securely attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
